At least three of their seven or more years of medical school and postgraduate training are dedicated to learning how to prevent, diagnose and treat diseases that affect adults. Dr. Crognale emphasizes preventive medicine as well as the treatment of acute illnesses and the management of chronic disease such as hypertension, heart disease and respiratory problems. We also treat illnesses due to hormonal imbalances, infectious diseases and disorders of the digestive system.
When advisable, you will be referred to a specialist. However, we remain your primary provider, coordinating your care and making certain all your needs are met.
