On your first visit to our practice, bring your current insurance card with you. If you change insurance companies or join another plan, please be sure to notify our insurance department of this change immediately.
It is the patient’s responsibility to verify with their carrier that their physician is a participating provider.
Premier HealthCare Associates does not accept new Medicaid patients, and Premier HealthCare Associates does not participate with any Dual Programs, such as:

Anthem Healthkeepers Plus
Magellan Complete Care of Virginia
Optima Health Family Care
United HealthCare Community Dual Plan
Virginia Premier Health Plan
Humana Gold Plus Integrated
As a courtesy to our patients, we will submit insurance claims for you. We will fully attempt to help you receive full insurance benefits; however, you are personally responsible for your account, and we encourage you to contact us if your policy has not paid within 30 days. Prior to making an appointment always verify we participate with your plan as our participation with certain plans can change. With the multitude of available health plans, patient involvement is paramount.
